MuckRock offers four new free tools

MuckRock, a nonprofit founded in 2010 to aid public record requesters, is now offering four new tools to help monitor government.

Klaxon notifies you when a website is changed, Bloom allows reporters to geotag their stories, Scoutpost monitors social profiles, news, aircraft, webpages and other sources, and The Accountability Project (TAP) allows searches across 1.9 billion public records including voter registration, campaign contributions and lobbying reports. Other MuckRock tools include DocumentCloud, Agenda Watch, Datasette Cloud, Plucky Wire, FOIPA Machine and Big Local News.
